The Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors is proud to announce that Frannie Stockwell has been chosen as the new executive director. Stockwell, a Gaffney native, has bachelors degrees in business management and marketing from Limestone College.
“Frannie has a heart for this community and wants to help Cherokee County grow,” said Abbie Sossamon, Chamber board president. “Her background in business and marketing and her passion for our county will be an asset to the Chamber.”
Frannie and her husband, Greg, are the parents of three children. She has been employed with the Cherokee County School District for seven years and is a Level Two computer technician.
Stockwell is involved in the community and has been a member of the Cherokee County Junior Women’s Club, a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, the Blacksburg Middle School PTO and a former middle school cheerleading coach.
